PROBE-FRD PATCH ANTENNA ON MULTI-LAYERED DIELECTRIC SUBSTRATE

Structure on IE3D

Parameters:

One high dielectric substrate is sandwiched by two low dielectric substrate. The high dielectric substrate is of thickness 10 mils and er = 6.2. The permittivity of the low dielectric substrate is er = 2.2. The low dielectric substrate underneath the high dielectric substrate is 31 mil thick. The low dielectric substrate above the high dielectric substrate is 20 mil thick. There are three patches. The big patch of dimensions 25 mm and 40 mm is on top of the third substrate. The two small patches are of the same dimensions (25 mm and 10mm). The separation between the two patches is 5 mm. The probe is 6.5 mm away from the edge.
