Field Sales Engineer:
Zeland Software, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) to support
the sales and business development of Zeland? products. Zeland produces
high-performance EM design tools for the microwave, RF, wireless and
semiconductor industries.
Position Description:
The candidate will be responsible for conducting sales and assigned major
accounts.
Duties include identifying and qualifying prospects, developing and
executing sales plans, managing customer relationships throughout the sales
process as well as interfacing with technical teams on presentations and
evaluations. Duties also include customer training, product demonstrations,
and support of seminars and trade shows.
Qualifications:
The candidate should have knowledge and experience in the high-frequency EDA.
The qualified candidate should:
1. Have BS or MS degree in electrical engineering or computer
science/engineering
2. Have 2+ years experience in using microwave, EM and other
high frequency EDA tools
3. Have the skill to communicate through all levels of the
customer's organization
4. Have a proven track record in sales
5. Be a self-starter, ability to quickly learn
6. Have excellent negotiation and closing sales skills
The ideal candidate is a strong team player, communicates well with
customers, has excellent communication skills, and is highly self-motivated.
