FilterSyn is a planar/coaxial filter synthesis module for IE3DLibrary.
FilterSyn's Features 1. Uses accurate analytical
models. 2. Handles low-pass, bandpass,
and bandstop filters in 25 structures. 3. Covers coaxial, microstrip,
stripline/LTCC, and stripline-like structures. 4. Performs fast simulation
and synthesis. 5. Has a built-in Genetic-Algorithm
(GA) optimizer. 6. Has a friendly graphical
user interface (GUI). 7. Creates filter objects
and exports them to IE3D.
8. Can be invoked from a filter layout as well.
9. Has been verified experimentally and extensively.
